Before you take the next step.
Where will I see available programs?
You’ll see your program options inside your Arise account after completing the initial assessment. Options depend on your assessment results, eligibility, and current program availability. This website helps you learn about the process and contact Vault Link for guidance.
Are these employee positions?
Vault Link’s opportunities are offered on an independent contractor basis. Before committing, review the written terms covering compensation, responsibilities, fees, and any other requirements.
How much can I earn?
Pay rates and available service hours vary by client program. We’ll help you review the compensation details, any applicable fees, and the payment schedule before you decide to move forward.
Do I need experience or specific equipment?
Experience requirements vary by client program. For your Vault Link setup, plan for a quiet workspace, a compatible computer, a noise-cancelling headset with a microphone, two monitors, and hardwired internet using an Ethernet cable. Confirm the chosen program’s exact requirements before purchasing equipment.
What happens before I begin?
You’ll complete the required registration and assessments, review eligible programs, pass a background check and any drug screening required by your selected client program, and complete client-specific certification. We’ll help you understand the steps, certification schedule, and any applicable certification-related costs before enrolling.
Can I choose my schedule?
Available service intervals and minimum commitments depend on the program. Bring your availability to our conversation so you can assess whether an opportunity fits.
